2012 International Scholarship Competition!
The deadline for entries for Connect-123's 2012 Scholarship Competition was March 31, 2012. We'll announce the winners on April 15, 2012 on our blog as well as on Facebook.
We'll launch our 2013 competition in January and look forward to receiving your entry then! For information about the 2012 competition, please see below.
Win Connect-123's scholarship competition and go to any of our 5 destinations – Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Dublin or Shanghai – for free! We'll cover your internship or volunteer program fee, airfare, and housing meaning that you just need to pay for your food and local living costs.
More entries, more prizes!
The more entries we have, the more scholarships we'll offer, so spread the word!
Here's how:
- Up to 99 entries = 1 scholarship (first prize, $4,000 value)
- Up to 199 entries = 2 scholarships (we'll add a second prize, $2,500 value)
- Over 200 entries = 3 scholarships (we'll add a third prize, $1,500 value)
How to Enter
- Fill it out our registration form and email it back to us, together with your essay, photos and/or link to your video, to: scholarships@connect-123.com
- Our panel of judges will select the winners from the best responses to the following question:
Describe, using words, photos or a video, how the opportunity to work, learn and explore on a Connect-123 international program would make a difference in your life and/or in the lives of others. - Winners will be announced on April 15, 2012.
- If you apply for a Connect-123 program, and then win a scholarship, we will refund any fees you have paid to us (up to the scholarship value), so please do not delay your application until winners are announced. We'd like as much time as possible to find the best internship and volunteer opportunities for you!
- Winners have up to one year from April 15, 2012 to use the scholarship.
