When I decided to do a film internship in Dublin, I felt I was ready to live abroad and independently. But I knew I still needed support and guidance since it would be my first time. Nervous and excited, Connect-123 surpassed my expectations and helped to make my experience in Dublin amazingly unforgettable.

I had an amazing experience, learned new things, and made friends from all over the world. I’m so happy I chose Connect-123 to help me through my internship abroad. 

Connect-123 set me up with an awesome healthcare internship at a leading pediatric hospital in Barcelona. At the hospital, I learnt to hold conversations confidently in Spanish with native speakers! I am beyond grateful to Connect-123 for making the transition to Barcelona easy for me.

My engineering and industrial design internship was incredible. After the first few weeks, I was actively participating in design and development projects. This really helped me develop my skills as an engineer and learn how to design and manufacture working prototypes to be implemented in the final product.

The work was meaningful, and hopefully in the future will have a tangible positive impact in the province. In short, I am so glad that I chose Connect-123, and will be forever grateful for my time in Buenos Aires.

Connect-123 gave me the chance to discover more of the world, as well as myself in my time in Buenos Aires.

I am so happy that I chose Connect-123. My summer in Dublin was better than I could have imagined. The people that work for Connect-123 and the people that participated in the program with me are all wonderful.

With the help of Connect-123 and the New Zealand Embassy to Argentina, I undertook a three-month legal internship in Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires is an epic city and I would 10/10 recommend this program!

My social work internship in Dublin was an extremely fulfilling yet challenging placement that allowed me to attain real-world experience while still being consistent with my overall career goals. By the end of my two and a half months, Dublin felt like a second home, and I never wanted to leave!

My Human Rights internship in Cape Town was spent working at an organization that addresses violence against people with sexual and gender minority status in the Western Cape. I helped compile research that informed the organization’s positions on relevant policy issues in Parliament.
